These videos teach the core rewiring tools and provide the structured, step-by-step process you’ll need to achieve a more regulated nervous system.

  • Personalized Coaching & Community Support

    While the videos teach the methods, my role is to help you apply what you learn in your own life. That includes:

    -Four 1:1 coaching sessions (one per month at 60 min)

    -Weekly video uploads from me that answer questions and demonstrate the methods/practices

    -Community FaceBook group to watch my videos, interact with others in the program and feel supported.

    -Neuroscience and faith/spiritual integration
